I wrapped the food in aluminum foil, but it punctured and small pieces of foil remained on the food. Why did this happen? Should I throw the food away?
In case the foil comes in direct contact with salty or acidic foods, small holes may open and sustain alterations due to corrosion. So avoid direct contact with such foods (pickles, lemon, vinegar, pepper, orange, tomato, apple). Use the plastic wrap or containers instead, in case of cold foods.
