Fusilli with smoked salmon


  • Serves 1
  • 30 Minutes


  • 100 g. fusilli
  • half of a spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 100 g. fresh mushrooms (quartered)
  • 50 g. smoked salmon (in strips)
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • basil
  • cherry tomatoes (to garnish)

Fusilli with smoked salmon


An original type of pasta, with amazing cream, mushroom and smoked salmon sauce.


Cook the fusilli in salted boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and put in a bowl. Add all ingredients except for the basil and smoked salmon. Mix well and put in a tray . Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Garnish with the smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes and basil.
