Ingredients
- 100 g. fusilli
- half of a spring onion (finely chopped)
- 100 g. fresh mushrooms (quartered)
- 50 g. smoked salmon (in strips)
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- basil
- cherry tomatoes (to garnish)
Fusilli with smoked salmon
Description
An original type of pasta, with amazing cream, mushroom and smoked salmon sauce.
Instructions
Cook the fusilli in salted boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and put in a bowl. Add all ingredients except for the basil and smoked salmon. Mix well and put in a tray . Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Garnish with the smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes and basil.

It can be served cold as a salad, and warm as a main dish.
